Michael Hook
Michael Hook, Business Development Director, has been part of the team since the very early days. Having been involved in the development and deployment of the anchoring technology for almost ten years now, he brings valuable experience from a wide range of industries from his time before joining the Scottish company.
“What I like most about working at SCHOTTEL Marine Technologies is that I am part of a team developing solutions that can transform the world into a more sustainable, betterplace for future generations. And of course, being part of a great team that gives you the best opportunities to grow – we learn from another day by day.”
His goals for the future? Professionally, he wants SCHOTTEL Marine Technologies to become a valuable part of the supply chain to speed up the adoption of ground breaking renewable energies and achieve net zero. Personally, he wants to visit more places in the world affected by global warming before they potentially disappear forever.
In his free time, the married father is very active outdoors. He has sailed tens of thousands of miles, hikes or mountain bikes.
