Christian seibert
Christian Seibert is our Product Engineering Manager at SCHOTTEL Marine Technologies and is responsible for the final design of the individual parts of our products.
He says about working at SCHOTTEL Marine Technologies “My tasks are diversified and no two days are alike. At SCHOTTEL Marine Technologies, I have the opportunity to bring my experience from the development of rudder propellers into the field of anchoring solutions. This way, I can help develop and produce innovative technologies to accelerate the energy transition.”
He completed both, his Bachelor’s degree of Engineering in Industrial and Product Design and his Master’s degree of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering at Koblenz University of Applied Sciences, Germany. Christian brings a lot of experience and knowledge from when he worked as a research & development engineer in the field of mechanical engineering at SCHOTTEL from 2011 until 2022. His tasks at SCHOTTEL Marine Technologies include deciding from which raw material the products can be made, generating the exact calculations, or finding the right supplier if required.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending his free time with his wife and young daughter or biking.
